Tavros from Homestuck as Teo from Avatar the Last Airbender, with his rocket chair made up to look like Teo's glider chair.

I saw some discussion on Tumblr about what Tavros would wear for Halloween and was surprised noone suggested Teo. He's green, awesome, and has a flying wheelchair!

Thankyou! Avatar and Homestuck both have a very clean simple style that's also somewhat similar to my natural drawing style, so they're relatively easy to mesh.
